PURPOSE: The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Regional Office intends to solicit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement for the Webster Dam, Spillway Radial Gates Repair, Webster Unit, Solomon Division, Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program, Kansas.
