PRESOLICITATION NOTICE INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Renovate Outpatient Pharmacy and HVAC at the Mather VA Medical Center in Sacramento, California. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. Project 612A4-19-016 - Contractor shall provide construction services necessary to install a fully addressable Construction Renovate Outpatient Pharmacy and HVAC. Contractor shall renovate operations and production flow, including productivity, and functionality of the Outpatient Pharmacy at the Mather VA Medical Center in Sacramento, CA by improving circulation and patient delivery and access, alleviating congestion, setting up and demolition of temporary trail...
