PROJECT TITLE: FY26: NRM (PROJ: 548-23-112) BB Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes directional wayfinding and identify buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle routes, pedestrian routes and all areas of interest. This includes campus perimeter / entry points, new or upgraded monument and/or marquee signs and parking garage signage. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N.
