Contract Description

This pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that the Rome Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) in Rome, NY will be posting a solicitation (36C24226R0084) on or about April 14th, 2026, to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the Replace Boiler Stack Rome CBOC project(528A7-18-707). This project is necessary to demolish two (2) existing boiler exhaust stacks and one (1) generator steam relief stack, the concrete / masonry chimney structure and seal the existing roof. The construction and instalation of two (2) new steel boiler exhaust stacks, the steel support structure, and one (1) steel generator exhaust pipe at the Rome CBOC, 125 Brookley Road, Rome, NY 13441.
