Page 2 of 2 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office / Lebanon Veteran Administration Medical Center intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to the Sterile Storage Improvements construction project located at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the Sterile Storage Improvements construction project as specified in the drawings and specifications.
