Contract Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise an Invitation For Bids (IFB) on Project 506-24-102 Upgrade Elevators at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located in Ann Arbor, MI. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is planned to be issued on or about April 21, 2026. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, miscellaneous materials, equipment, and supervision as specified in the drawings and specifications to complete the Upgrade Elevators, 506-24-102 at the Ann Arbor VA VAMC. Contractor shall be Replacing a total of 6 elevators, consisting of: Two (2) Traction service elevators, and Four (4) Hydraulic elevators, located in three buildings at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, Ann Arbo...
