Contract Description
Provision of labor, materials and services to perform repair and replacement of the HVAC system located in the laundry rooms of VAMC Maine, Togus Campus. Please see the attached statement of work and solicitation documents for more information. This requirement is open to all firms without set-aside. A tiered evaluation process will be used, with preference in the evaluation of proposals given to SDVOSBs, followed by VOSBs, then WOSBs, then all other small business, with the least amount of preference given to large businesses. Please see the Instructions to Offers included with the solicitation for more information regarding the evaluation preferences and applicability of clauses in this solicitation to business concerns.
