INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract for the design-bid-build EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Tier 2 construction project #538-21-705, at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601-5753.
