Contract Description
Special Instructions to Offerors: The Government intends to award a single purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering price and non price factors. The Government reserves the right to make award to other than the lowest priced vendor if a higher priced quotation provides superior value to the Government. Evaluation factors: Factor 1 Technical Acceptability (Pass/Fail) The quotation will be evaluated to determine whether it demonstrates a clear ability to meet the requirements of the statement of work.
