Contract Description
This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Apia, Samoa, will release a solicitation for the renewal of Janitorial Services for Chancery. The Government plans to issue solicitation on or about the mid to last week of March 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price.
