Contract Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located in Gaithersburg, MD. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 – Commercial and Institution Building Construction , the small business size standard is $45.0 Million. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12. REQUIREMENT BACKGROUND In 2021 NIST completed a design contract with Burdette Koehler Murphy Associates Inc.
