Contract Description
This Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) services is for Enterprise Construction Management Services (ECMS). DOE/NNSA plans to establish agreements with up to five (5) contractors under this BPA. The DOE/NNSA has a continuous and re-occurring need for ECMS that includes a broad range of life cycle facilities management activities in support of national laboratories, weapon plants, and NNSA site offices across the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE).
