Contract Description

Pursuant to the Executive Orders and statutory authorities, DOE’s National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Savannah River Site (SRS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from entities interested in entering a long-term Lease covering a portion of identified real property located at SRS in South Carolina. The Lease Agreement with the Government is for the purposes of designing, financing, permitting, developing, constructing, installing, owning, maintaining, operating, and decommissioning AI data center and energy generation infrastructure (the “Project”) including, but not limited to: data center facilities with specialized Information Technology (IT) equipment; associated cooling facilities; energy supply infrastructure; transmission and storage ...
