Contract Description
March 26, 2026 Notification Draft RFP documents are now available for access to potential offerors with an approved DD Form 2345. Document access can be requested via this posting. Only ONE point of contact (POC) for the requesting potential offeror will be provided access to solicitation documents. In addition to the draft RFP documents access via SAM.gov, the technical library will be provided via DoD SAFE to the potential offeror’s requesting POC. Of note, the Government is updating the draft RFP to align with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul. As a result, potential offerors should expect changes to the draft RFP.
