Contract Description

This Sources Sought Notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) PGI 206-302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 & EA-18G Aircraft), intends to solicit The Boeing Company for an Order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for supplies and services associated with the Stores Management Processor (SMP) Obsolescence Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) mitigation. The Order will include, but not limit the scope of work to design and qualify alternate parts to replace obsolete components of the SMP of the AYK-22 Stores Management Processor (SMP).
