The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA and Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: chemical herbicide treatment at Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA and Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA. The total chemical treatment area is approximately 18 acres at Buffumville Lake and 13 acres at Hodges Village Dam. Glyphosate shall be the herbicide used.
