The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Woonsocket Flood Reduction Project, Woonsocket, RI. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
