Contract Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CHANGE THE SITE VISIT DATE, CHANGE THE QUOTE DUE DATE, AND TO INCLUDE A MAP OF SITE VISIT AREA. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 2 IS TO ADD WAGE DETERMINATIONS TO COVER ALL AREAS OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. FACILITY INVENTORY WILL ALSO BE ADDED AS ATTACHMENTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 3 IS TO EXTEND THE QUOTE DUE DATE, ADD CLAUSE FAR 52.232-18, ADD FUNDS AVAILABILITY VERBIAGE, AND EXTEND VALIDITY QUOTE PRICING FROM 30 DAYS TO 45 DAYS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REVISE THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) DUE TO QUESTIONS FROM INDUSTRY DURING THE SITE VISIT. REVISIONS ARE IN RED TEXT. THIS REVISED PWS SUPERSEDES THE PREVIOUS VERSIONS.
