Contract Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Healthcare Contracting Division – Northeast (HCD-NE), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Directorate of Mental Health, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Psychological Assessment Resources Inc (Cage: 8S525). The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”.
