DHA seeks to award a sole source contract with National Quality Forum (NQF) to provide access to membership which provides for endorsement of standards for performance measurement and providing a framework for evaluating healthcare practices as part of a consensus-based entity that convenes diverse stakeholders to develop and endorse measures widely accepted across the healthcare industry and aligned with national priorities that enhance the health and readiness of service members and their families while ensuring the readiness of military forces.
