Contract Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Energy - FESBB is planning to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor-Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) fuel storage services within the Port of Anchorage, Alaska. The requirement is for fuel storage and management services to include receiving, storing, protecting, and shipping of U.S. Government-owned aviation turbine product. Receipt and storage services and capabilities for commercial grade Jet A-1 and military grade JP-5 via tanker/barge, tank truck or rail tank car. Solicitation SPE603-26-R-0505 will be issued using best commercial practices and guidelines to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
