This Pre-solicitation notice SPE603-26-R-0529 is for the AF GOCO Southwest Region Bulk Storage Services. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Energy – FESAA will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Alongside Aircraft Refueling Services to include managing, maintaining, and operating Government Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities and equipment at Cannon AFB, NM, Davis Monthan AFB, NM, Holloman AFB, AZ and Luke AFB, AZ.
