THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this Notice is to provide a DRAFT RFP in support of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Program (ProTech) 2.0 Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM) Domain Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement. This Notice seeks to solicit responses from interested parties.
