Contract Description
Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and all other items and services required to perform maintenance dredging of the entrance channel into the mooring basin of USCG Station Eaton’s Neck and all incidental related work. Dredging work is restricted to mechanical methods. The total estimated amount of material to be removed from the channel is 6,000 cubic yards (CY) of sand, gravel and cobbles. Due to the scheduling restrictions in the NY DEC dredging permit, all dredging work shall be completed no later than 24 March 2026. In the event that the post-dredge survey indicates that the specified dredge limits have not been met by 24 March 2026, the contractor shall use the time remaining in the month of March to correct the deficiencies.
