Contract Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Munich invites qualified companies to submit proposals for Caretaker Services at its Central Office Building, located at Königinstr. 5, 80539 Munich, Germany. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and services necessary to maintain the Consulate’s outside areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Tasks include - but are not limited to - daily cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, weeding, minor outdoor maintenance, support during official events, and snow and ice removal during winter months. This will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with one base year and two option years. Attendance at the organized site visit on October 30, 2025 at 13:30 CET is strongly encouraged.
