Contract Description
Due date for offers extended to 3/30/2026 at 11am EST Vendor Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov no later than 3/19/2026. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment NLT 3/24/2026 on SAM.gov. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am on 3/18/2026. Vendors shall report to the Administration Building upon arrival and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. Please ready all the attached document for information.
