Contract Description

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to issue a sole source award to Summit Point Training Facility (SPTF) – 201 Motorsports Park Circle, Summit Point, WV for testing facility for the purpose of testing and evaluating consumer fireworks. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requires testing support for the evaluation and storage of regulated consumer fireworks. Consumer fireworks (classified as 1.4G) are small fireworks that are sold for use by the general public and are generally weaker in explosive power used in professional displays (classified as 1.3G).
