Contract Description

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces its intention to issue a sole source award to Montgomery County Transfer Station 16101 Frederick Road Derwood MD 20855 for items that are no longer serviceable to be recycled or disposed of. CPSC currently uses Montgomery County Transfer Station to manage large waste items that are no longer operational or serviceable. CPSC requires continuation of the existing service through a five-year BPA in order to continually and correctly manage large waste items. Montgomery County Transfer Station is the only one responsible source available for this type of service therefore this requires a sole source award to Montgomery County Transfer Station. CPSC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 U.S.C. 253(...
