Contract Description
The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB) and Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor's performance will be based on the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative's (COR) evaluations and on the results required by the Service Summary (SS) and not the frequency or method of performance.
