Contract Description
The Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD 20670 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Lockheed Martin, 1801 State Rt 17 C, Owego, NY, 13827 (Cage Code: 03640) on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement provides Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS), specifically Contractor Field Services (CFS), in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft and associated AN/APY-9 Airborne Early Warning Radar System.This effort consists of two (2) CFS personnel providing on-site support at two (2) Fleet shore activities: Norfolk, VA and at Point Mugu, CA.
