Contract Description
Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase order to AVION MANUFACTURING, (Cage Code: 1WYD4), on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The COMFRC Aviation Support Equipment Solomons, MD has a requirement for the Test, Evaluation and Repairs of the H-53 Virtual Master Blade System. AVION MANUFACTURING, (Cage Code: 1WYD4), is the OEM for the Virtual Master Blade System and are the only known repair service that will meet operational and reliability requirements.
