Contract Description
Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Hawkins Inc, (Cage Code: 1YSA9) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The MCAS Cherry Point, NC Industrial Water Treatment Plant has a requirement for process chemicals (polymers and defoamers) required for water treatment and production for a period of one (1) base year and two (2) option year.
