Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns capable of providing invasive/non-native plant species and forest pest control services throughout the USACE Pittsburgh District Area of Responsibility. The Government is considering the establishment of a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) using simplified acquisition procedures to support recurring, on-call requirements at various Government-owned and Government-managed facilities and project sites.
