Contract Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Broughton Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD) Fire Protection Services In accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Broughton Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD) for the purpose of providing fire protection services and associated equipment at the NETL Pittsburgh, PA site for a period of 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026 with 4 (four) 1-year option periods for a total duration of 5 years.
