Contract Description

The Department of Veteran s Affairs will solicit for vendors capable of providing Zeiss Forum Software Upgrade for the Salem VA Medical Center, located in Salem, VA. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed contract for a One Time Job. A Request for Quotation, RFQ, will be issued on March 12, 2026. To be eligible for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award at the time the quote is submitted. The prospective contractor must also have updated and correct information in the VA Financial Service Center s Customer Engagement Portal.
