Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Project #652-24-103 Increase Surgical Access Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services to construct two new Operating Rooms (OR) and support rooms at the Central VA Health Care system in Richmond, VA. The contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to renovate and construct new operating rooms in the existing space.
