Contract Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the janitorial services for the U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, and the Consulates of Florence and Milan, and the Consular Agency in Genoa. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. This service is to be performed at approximately 44,000 square meters buildings area per year.
