Contract Description

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101, as established by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a purchase order to Kastle Systems LLC for installation of new equipment to integrate with the existing Kastle Systems LLC physical security systems in CFTC’s offices in Washington, DC; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Kansas City, MO. Kastle Systems LLC is the sole proprietor of the existing system. The Government intends to procure this requirement under the authority of 41 U.S.C. § 1901, as implemented by RFO FAR 12.102(a).
