The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to LCPC Lafayette Property LLC for miscellaneous building services (e.g., key duplication, lock installation, carpet repairs, overtime HVAC, etc.) for the leased office space that the agency occupies at 1155 21st Street, NW; Washington, DC 20581. LCPC Lafayette Property LLC is the landlord of the building at the aforementioned address. CFTC leases the office space directly from LCPC Lafayette Property LLC. LCPC Lafayette Property LLC contracts directly with a contractor(s) to provide the miscellaneous building services and bills the costs for the services directly to the tenants of the office space.
