Contract Description
The requirement is to procure maintenance and repair services for residential leased properties occupied by the US Government Mission in Mexico. The services include general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other related upkeep activities essential to maintaining safe, functional, and habitable leased housing. Additionally, the contract will cover commissioning and decommissioning services as properties are prepared for occupancy or vacancy. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
