Contract Description
Ann Arbor VA Medical Center (AAVA) located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, requires one (1) new Liebert A/C or equivalent unit in Building 1 East, MRI Control Room. Contractor shall provide all staff, management, supervision, labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to fully perform the required services. All work shall be performed by the Contractor aside from VA responsibilities indicated in Section D. One (1) new Liebert A/C units of the same or equivalent quality and performance capability as Liebert Model No. PDX/MC 3-ton air cooled split system utilizing R401A refrigerant with 1-year parts and labor warranty and 5-year compressor warranty.
