Contract Description
TLETS Upgrade: 82 SFS has a requirement for a comprehensive upgrade and maintenance of the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (TLETS) infrastructure. This includes all necessary equipment and incidental work required for the assembly and installation of the workstations. Additionally, it requires the removal of the existing equipment. It is used in the Base Defense Operations Center, Visitor Control Center, and Investigations section to conduct instant criminal background checks, verify driver's licenses and vehicle registrations. Customer provided a sole source letter that gives a detailed explanation of the requirement.
