Contract Description

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Medtronic, INC. for Maintenance and Services for the O-Arm O2 imaging system. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. The contract will consist of a base year and 2 option years; the period of performance for the base year is 01June2026 – 31May2027. Medtronic, INC. is the only source available to provide proprietary and copyrighted software maintenance and services to this piece of equipment, they do not authorize any third parties to perform service or repair, nor contract with third parties.
