NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Project Title: REQUIREMENTS-26-1066 Flight Safety International (FSI) The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) and the Office of Marine and Aviation Operation (OMAO), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) will solicit and award the requirement herein on a sole source basis with Flight Safety International (FSI) located at (insert address), for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for NOAA Aircraft Flight Training Services FSI is the only vendor that can offer training on all NOAA Aircraft platforms and allows AOC to a build training syllabus’ accounting for this baseline training from a consistent training partner.
