Contract Description
The entire paved area at the Memphis Cotton Classing Facility is in a severe state of disrepair and must be replaced. The surfaces were first paved in 1995. There is poor drainage and water intrusion to the subbase, leading to severe degradation. Solicitation documents are posted below. Amendment 1 is posted below. Regarding amendment 1 incorporating pavement striping, acrylic paint is required, and the striping should match existing. RFIs: Can you provide the dimensions of the sink hole that was covered and how you would like to fill it? See photos below for dimensions. Clear the hole, dig out the debris, fill with appropriate material (ie, 3/4 “ gravel), asphalt with back lot. With this being in 3 phases, will the project require 3 mobilizations?
