NOTICE OF INTENT to AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contract for Pharmaceutical Waste Collection and Disposal Services - Crownpoint Healthcare Facility The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Pharmacy Department, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Stericycle, Inc. for Pharmaceutical Waste Collection and Disposal Services at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government intends to award this contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), which permits sole source awards when only one source is reasonably available.
