Pre-RFQ Site Visit for Custodial Services at Incirlik Air Base GENERAL: The U.S. Government will host one site visit for a Custodial Services requirement at Incirlik Air Base. This notice contains details for this event. This is not an RFQ. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees and will not accept proposals as a result of this notice. This requirement is subject to the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement (DECA) - U.S. Interests and Turkish Needs dated August 1982. At the time RFQ is solicited, only proposals from SAM-registered Turkish firms (local national) will be evaluated.
