This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a construction project at the Mount Morris Dam in Mount Morris, NY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Project Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District, has a requirement for the FY26 Mount Morris Dam Internal Electrical Rehab project. The work involves the comprehensive upgrade of unserviceable and outdated electrical infrastructure within a critical infrastructure facility.
