Contract Description

The magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable or Trade-off as determined by the Contracting Officer. The applicable wage rate for this project is Davis Bacon Act WD#: AL20260093. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and contractor must be located within 100 mile radius of Maxwell AFB.
