Contract Description
This Solicitation shall result in a firm fixed-price contract for the period of one (1) year and four (4) option years upon award. The contractor will provide semi-annual and annual cleaning services for the VCS Canteen and Dietetics kitchen hood systems, ductwork, and fans at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System. Services shall be performed at both the Fort Wayne Campus located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and the Marion Campus located at 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to clean and restore the kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 and IKECA standards.
